Rotex (@iamrotex) is an artist that does not want to be tied solely to a particular genre as he has a little bit of this and that to his music. Though his sound is fresh, he acknowledges the influences of Afro-soul ,reggae and Hiphop in his music. Growing up in Lagos, Abuja and Jos has aided his versatility and scope.
He basically does conscious music and this brand new song from him is nothing short of that. "Bobo" reflects on the regular day-to-day survival process everyman faces and how in spite of how much our challenges want to make us quit we stay strong,believing that a change is going to come someday...when we persevere.
