Yaya Toure the best player in Africa

The Ivoirian player Yaya Toure has named as the best player in Africa , while the Egyptian newly retire Mohamed Abu Trika named as the best player based in Africa , the Nigerian National team came as the best National team in Africa while the Egyptian giants Al Ahly named as the best team and stephen Keshi is the best coach.
-  The first award category is the National team of the Year, Nigeria.
- The National Youth Teams of the Year. Nigeria’s Golden Eaglets are the only nominees and Nigeria are on to a fine run at these awards already.
- Club of the Year – Al Ahly, Egypt, who won their eighth CAF Champions League.
- Fair Play Award goes to the Nigerian football supporters.
- Coach of the Year Award – Keshi beats Nigeria coach.
- Most Promising Talent Award – Kelechi.
- Referee of the Year is Haimoudi Djamel.
- CAF Legends Award – The late Senegal coach Bruno Metsu who died in October, and former Morocco coach Jose Faria, who died at the age of 80.
- African Player of the Year based in Africa – The 35-year-old Mohamed Aboutrika of Egypt beats Nigeria’s Sunday Mba and compatriot Ahmed Fathi after he helped Al Ahly to win an eighth CAF Champions League.
- CAF African Footballer of the Year – Yaya Toure.
